Also, is she going to a toga party? What do you guys think of this dress? Personally, I think it needs to be about 2 feet shorter and worn over a bathing suit at the beach...but that's just me.

hahaha you crack me up! It's as though she was going to a toga party on the beach, but stopped in the red light district on the way to pick up some ugly red shoes...
At first I thought this was Lindsay Lohan. Must be the drugged-out look in her eyes. Although I don't think Lindsay would make that shoe choice.
I don't mind the dress so much. But the shoes have got to go.
