I'm taking a cue from one of my readers, and a blogger I love to read, and doing this fun Breaking the Ice questionnaire. I used to get these questionnaires all the time when I was on MySpace, but no one really does them on Facebook.

Side note about MySpace, one of my favorite movie quotes from "He's Just Not That Into You":
"Oh girl I don't know about that... My trampy little sister says MySpace is the new booty call."

I don't even know if MySpace exists anymore, but before I canceled my membership, that was so true!

If you were a crayon, what color would you be?
Purple. Yes, purple is my favorite color, but I also like it because it's the color of royalty and every woman should be a queen in her own mind. I also think purple goes with everything and since I can adapt to any situation and environment easily, I think it's fitting.

Would you ever bungee jump?
No. I like to take some risks, but I really fear the cord would snap. I just couldn't get past that.

What is your least favorite thing about yourself?
I worry too much. I worry about things that are out of my control and aren't worth fretting about. I make up scenarios in my head about bad things that might happen and how I might handle the situation. And most times, the worry is all for nothing!

What is your favorite thing about yourself?
I'm really friendly and I think that puts other people at ease and makes them feel welcome. I have a hard time when other people don't take the time to smile at you or say hello, which makes you feel out of place and that they're somehow superior to you. I hope I've never made someone feel that way!

What is your favorite app?
I'm a sad, lame person who doesn't have a phone that can download apps. But if I could, I would do a calorie-counting app.

What's the nastiest thing you've ever eaten?
I couldn't think of anything too terrible, but in my book, anything that's touched a pickle or had pickle juice seep into it is nasty! I just hate the smell of pickles and the taste. Blech!

What is one thing that I would not know about you at our first meeting?
I've broken my left foot four times, and I have four scars on my legs too. I broke my foot once when I was 2, falling out of the play pen, again while playing kickball while wearing Keds with no shoelaces (it was fashionable!), again playing Chinese jump rope, and lastly on my trampoline. One scar above my left knee is from a fall on the merry go round where something sharp and metal underneath cut me, two on each shin from the jump box at volleyball practice, and one from a rusty nail from an old ladder in Lake George.

What is your all-time favorite movie?
Sheesh. This is hard. I have to say "Love Actually" because I can watch that movie over and over and never get tired of it.

If you could go anywhere for one week (all expenses paid), where would you go?
I'd have to say Spain, though I've never been. I've always wanted to! It's the one place I dream of going to one day and wonder if I'll ever make it there. Scratch that. I will get there one day! I dream of the language and music and food and scenery. Muy bonita!

What is your favorite midnight snack?
Probably a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk. I try not to eat that late, but when I do, gotta have Cheerios.
